Agreement governing the use of ZEROID Card services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, activating, or using any card product or service offered by ZEROID, Inc. (operated via www.zeroid.cards), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. ZEROID Card Service Overview

2.1. Product

ZEROID provides access to **anonymous, metal payment cards** issued by our licensed third-party financial partners. These cards are prepaid products, and ZEROID acts solely as the service provider for card issuance, customization, and crypto top-up facilities.

2.2. Activation and Funding

  1. Purchase: The card must be purchased using cryptocurrency (USDT) on the ZEROID platform.
  2. Top-Up: Card balances are maintained by the user through top-ups using cryptocurrency (USDT). You bear the risk associated with cryptocurrency transfer fees, volatility, and transaction times.
  3. Anonymity: You acknowledge that the anonymity of the card applies primarily to the purchasing and top-up process (no KYC required by ZEROID) and general usage. The underlying card network and issuing partner may retain data necessary for regulatory compliance, but this data is not linked to your personal identity by ZEROID.

3. Use of the Card

3.1. Global Use

The card is intended for **global use** wherever the card network brand (e.g., Visa or Mastercard, where applicable) is accepted. ZEROID is not responsible for any merchant refusal or terminal issues.

3.2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the ZEROID card for any illegal activities, including, but not limited to:

ZEROID and its partners reserve the right to suspend or terminate a card immediately if suspected of misuse or prohibited activity.

4. Fees, Limits, and Charges

Fees for the initial card purchase and monthly maintenance (if applicable) are outlined on the pricing page (www.zeroid.cards/pricing). Transaction fees, foreign exchange rates, and any maximum spending limits are governed by the specific card tier (Core, Prime, Black) and the policies of the issuing financial partner.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

You are solely responsible for the physical security of your metal card. If your card is lost or stolen, you must immediately report it to ZEROID customer support. ZEROID will facilitate the cancellation of the physical card, but we are not liable for any unauthorized use of the card prior to reporting.

6. Account Termination

ZEROID reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, including if we detect or suspect a breach of these Terms or illegal activity. Termination is subject to any mandatory legal or regulatory requirements imposed on our financial partners.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ZERO ID, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
