Delivery terms for your physical ZEROID Metal Card
This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to the one-time delivery of your ZEROID physical metal card. All shipments are tracked and require a valid physical address for receipt.
The total time from order placement to card dispatch involves several stages:
Total time from purchase to dispatch is generally 3–5 business days for Core and Prime cards, and 1–2 business days for Black card holders (due to priority processing).

Shipping costs are integrated into the total price of the card, depending on the chosen tier:
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email (to the address provided during purchase) containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. Delivery confirmation is the sole purpose for which your email and shipping address are retained temporarily.
The shipping address is required solely for the physical delivery of the card. As stated in our Privacy Policy, this data is segregated and removed from active systems shortly after confirmed delivery to maintain your privacy.
