Policies governing card purchases and cryptocurrency top-ups

1. Overview and Scope

This policy outlines the conditions under which ZEROID, Inc. will process refunds for the purchase of a metal card and for cryptocurrency top-ups. Refunds are governed by the specific nature of our service, which involves customized, anonymous products and irreversible crypto transactions.

2. Card Purchase Fee Refunds (Initial Activation)

The fee paid for the purchase and activation of your ZEROID metal card is generally non-refundable, subject to the following exceptions:

Once the card has been customized or shipped, the purchase fee is considered earned and cannot be refunded as the product is unique and irreversible.

3. Cryptocurrency Top-Up Refunds (Card Balance)

All cryptocurrency top-ups made to fund the balance of your ZEROID card are final and non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

All requests for refunds or replacements must be submitted via email to zeroid.cards@gmail.com within 7 days of the relevant event (purchase, delivery). Your request must include:

5. Refund Processing

If a refund for the card purchase fee is approved, the refund will be processed in USDT (cryptocurrency) to a wallet address you provide. The amount refunded will be based on the USDT value received by ZEROID at the time of the original purchase. We are not responsible for any change in the fiat value of USDT between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
